If you love steak the way that we love steak, then THIS recipe is for you. Seriously.
My family looks forward to BBQ season because they know this recipe will always be in the rotation. I mean, yes, I do make steak with salt, pepper, and garlic but this marinade takes your sirloins to another level!
I highly recommend that if you have the time, marinate the steaks for a good 4 hours. If you do not have the time, 15 minutes will do. I like to mix the marinade ingredients together right after breakfast before work and let the steak bathe all day, flipping when I come to the kitchen to make my lunch. By dinner time, they have soaked up all that amazing flavour and they are ready for the grill.
Trust me, when you make this, your family will inhale dinner!
- 4 Sirloin Steaks
- 3 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 cloves Garlic-Crushed
- 1 tbsp White Vinegar
- 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
- Mix all marinade ingredients in a bowl and mix to combine.
- Pour marinade over steaks and refrigerate for as little as 15-30 minutes or up to 4-8 hours.
- To cook on the BBQ, remove steaks from marinade and cook on hot grill for 4-5 minutes per side. Brush with marinade while cooking.
